Bonnie is a mixed media artist based out of New Orleans, Louisiana.

She trained under her grandmother in traditional painting, and learned illustration from her late father. She was ushered into the film industry after high school by her mother. Analog collage and mixed media became her focus during the pandemic. To keep the lights on, she's worked in film and television for the last 15 years.

Her current influences include subjects without faces, multi-cultural funeral practices, the visual relationship between nature and war, armed women of the resistance, chemical fires and explosions, birds, lucky charms, the back pages of early pornographic magazine, and anything printed four-color letterpress.

You can find her bearing the humidity in New Orleans while picking up strays, and trying to lay eyes on every crypt and headstone in the Crescent City.
